1.Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for TradeLoop or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2.Description of Service
TradeLoop is a web-based platform for UK heating engineers. We provide automated SMS and email reminders to your customers when their boiler service is due, an online booking page where customers pick a slot and pay a £30 deposit, and a dashboard showing overdue customers and recoverable revenue.
3.Subscription and Payment
TradeLoop costs £149/month, billed monthly. There’s no contract — you can cancel any time by giving 30 days’ written notice. We don’t refund the current billing period; you keep full access until the end of it.
4.Your Responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you upload, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for complying with UK data protection law. You must have a lawful basis to contact each customer you upload (for example, a prior service relationship).
5.Data Processing
When you upload customer data to TradeLoop, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. We only process that data to deliver the service you’ve asked us to deliver — sending reminders, accepting bookings, processing deposits. We engage Supabase, Twilio, Stripe and Vercel as sub-processors. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
6.Intellectual Property
TradeLoop owns the platform, source code, and brand. You own the data you upload — your customer list, reminder history, bookings and payments. Cancelling your account doesn’t transfer ownership of anything; it means we delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
7.Limitation of Liability
TradeLoop is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service running, but we’re not liable for missed reminders (e.g. caused by SMS carrier issues), bookings that don’t go through, or any indirect business losses. Our maximum liability in any 12-month period is limited to the most recent month’s subscription fee.
8.Termination
Either party can end the agreement at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We may also terminate immediately if you breach these terms or use the platform unlawfully — for example, by uploading customer data you don’t have permission to contact.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the English courts.
